Whether we should elect young people or older people as the leaders of organizations has been intensely discussed for years.Some people think young people should be given more opportunities.First,with innovative ideas and vitality,they can serve better for the organizations.Second,young people tend to be challengers and explorers,which is important for the company.Finally they have less to worry about in terms of personal matters so they can implement ideas more easily. While others against it,they think old people will always stay calm even in emergency and they are more experienced to make right decisions.Also old people have long-established reputation. In my opinion,we should give more opportunities to young people for they will bring new ideas and vigor to organizations,which is very essential.But at the same time,they should have more training before they become leaders.Also,there is still a lot for them to learn from old people.
