Dear Sir Or Madam, I traveled to a world-famous attraction with your corporation several days ago.But I found some places were to be improved in your management. In the first place,the day-long excursion down to the beach and back failed to live up to expectations.Although the scenery was attractive,the bus ride was unbearable becauset of the noises that the surly driver played on the radio at will.Secondly,the hotel ywe lodged in was not the five-star one as you originally promised.Finally,the room we lived in was full of foul smell and the toilet was out of order.
