My hometown My hometown is a small town in the southeast of Hunan province. It used to be famous for its beautiful scenery thus it was called “the garden of southeast Hunan”. I was born and grew up there and witness the change it has been undergoing these recent years. today I ’d like to introduce some changes to you. It used to be surrounded by hundreds of trees , with clear river flowing in the town and various fish in it. The streets are narrow and houses are humble. people work hard every day but earn a little . however, many high-rise buildings are going up recently, thousands of cars make the traffic heavier and heavier. The rapidly developed industry deteriorate our environment. Trees can hardly been seen in the downtown but dead fish can easily be seen on the river. Above all, It is high time for us protecting the environment. Only in this way , can our offsprings live better.
