Firstly, most of them think the western festival is funny and romantic according to TV or website advertisements. Secondly, some of people think western festivals are better and greater than traditional festival due to the lack of confidence in their own countries. Last but not least, some of supermarkets want to sell more products to their customers so that they can gain more profits. However, the celebration of western festivals may also have some negative effects on the development of traditional festivals. Worse still, it will give rise to a lot of problems in our society and nation. Thus, we must pay more attention to our traditional festivals. Only in this way can we protect our national culture and bright future.
