Breaks between classes are intended to give students a short time to be refreshed in body and
mind so that they can go on with their learning energetically and efficiently. Students in class
are usually looking forward to the break.

The students make use of the break in different ways.Some prefer playing games out of class or chatting with their friends.However,others want to use this time to review their lessons and do their home work. I personally prefer the former way.Because playing with my friends during the break makes my mind refresh for the next class,what is more,a good health is also very important for our studies.We do not have to sacrifice our time of enjoyment to make progress in our studies,as long as we use our time efficiently,we can also improve our studies.
