as far as i am concerned , i think to be a smart consumer is also one of the duties for us students today ,for we are college students ,the adult ,being a citizen , who is asked to do something for our economic development. there are two reasons for my opinon . one is that one country s economic development needs the help from all citizens . one citizen buys something and at this time ,his or her money will pass from one person to other person . and it is the progress named money fluency ,which is helpful for our economic development . that is to say , when we buy something , we are making contributions to our country s economic develpoment . therefore ,it is necessary for us students to make good use of our money . another one is that to consume may become one of the stresses ,and stress will put us to make money , which will not only make more productry , but also make our economy develop . so if that is an opportunity for me to call for students ,i would give a good speach and appeal then to consume and to be a good constumer. to sum up , to be a good stdent ,we must develop our intelligence and skill , while being a good citizen ,we must be a good consumer.
