It is in my awareness that leader is a man at the most time, who owns the lofty position in an organasition and manages many departments powerfully.They always play a role in programming ,controlling and evaluating. I can make sure that leaders should be far-sighted, warmhearted and ambitious ect. However, the most essential property is persistent. Because they would merely give up if meeting some challenges. And leades could encourge their partners to insist on this project. Latter,they can form a pattern towards their rivals and get the high reputation. In additon, I believe that they must own some other elegent traits just like punctuality and diligence.
