One task may need cooperation with persons of each who has various talent. So, cooperation is the first and most important quality of colleague. Next, working ability. With the same willing in cooperation, working ability will become the most important ability for a colleague. One with excellent working ability meant to be a outstanding colleague. Then, time conception. To finish a work in time would be a important measuring factor of the quality of a working group. And the time conception of workers in this group will determine their working efficiency. Finally, a good colleague has good sharing spirit. He know how to share his feelings, his innovation and the honor. A selfish worker will spoil a group and a selfish boss will destroy every worker. In a word, collaboration, excellence, time conception and sharing spirits is four essential factors to determain whether a person is a good colleague.
