Every day, we are working with colleagues and living with our family and friends. As a working partner, from my point of view, one needs the following qualities to be a good colleague. First of all, the willing to cooperate with his colleagues. With the globalization of international markets, collaboration becomes the most important part of finishing our work. One task may need cooperation of various person who has their own talent. So, cooperation is the first and most important quality of a good colleague. Next, their excellent working ability. With the same willing in cooperation, One with better working ability meant to be a more outstanding colleague. Then, time conception. To finish work in time would be an important measuring factor of the quality of a working group. And the time conception of workers in this group will determine their working efficiency. Finally, a better colleague has more sharing spirit. He knows how to share his feelings, his innovation and the honor of a finished work. A selfish worker will spoil a group and a selfish boss will destroy his workers. In a word, collaboration, excellence, time conception and sharing spirits is four essential factors to determain whether a person is a good colleague.
