I do aggree with that snap judgments can never be trusted. First of all, snap judgments comes out so quickly that one can hardly got it pricisly, it more likely you put a model on the person in front of you than you understand him and creat a new one instead, your snap judgments are the stereostypes in your mind, but not the stranger you met. Secondly, snap judgments are more likely made only by first looking, considering some daily behiviors at most, which are really superfacial. Think about the earth, we human are discoving the inner constructure since we can, recognise it's not enough to knew the shallow ground only, and I believe everyone got the 'I consider ..., while...' time, for me, that is I consider my director serious, while she is really kindhearted. So do not cheated by your eyes, and take time to get along with the one you want to know, than the reasonable judgement would be got.
