My View on University Ranking Nowadays, more and more universities both of our nation and other countries focus on rankings because they think it is the best and the most direct way for people to know them well and to attract more top students so as to improve their teaching resources. People hold different opinion on the phenomena. Some believe that it will mislead a lot of students to choose their university just simply through these rough rankings because the rankings could be inaccurate and false. While others think that it is reasonable for universities’ officials to make such a ranking to make their universities become more famous and powerful. As far as I’m concerned, students should not rely too much on this ranking when they are choosing their university. Instead, I suggest that they choose the university with some actual factors such as interests, environments, eating habits and the distance from home. Students should be more rational about their futures.
