According to the recent phenomenon in various democratic regimes, the law pertains major influence in terms of shaping perception of individuals both in the context of right and wrong or just and unjust. It has direct influence or merely shapes the attitude of individuals within a society. Based on the various current social issues, the law is also considered to be a conversational approach or instrument that helps constructing political and social relationship. This is owing to the fact that the law influences a particular way through which members of societies can see themselves and enable people to obtain a clear way to define right and wrong or something about good or bad deeds (Nadler, 2005).
