The Value of University Life These days,people are becoming increasing aware of the value of university life. In my point of view,what I learned in my first college year should,undoubtedly,be an indispensable part of my life. First of all,time-management is the first lesson that I have learned. In my first semester at college,with so much available time,I spent my time freely. I wandered on the street with my friends for hours,wasted my whole afternoon in sleeping. The scores of the final exam hit me hard. My heart ached and I realized that I should make a schedule to manage my time. In the following semester,I spend more time on my study and tried to save every minute to learn. Then,the ability of self-study place more importance on our college years. High school students spend their whole day on the assistance from teachers. By contrast, what counts for us is to gain more knowledge by ourselves in university. We have more opportunities to develop our problem-solving skills. Furthermore,thinking independently is the invisible benefits that we can enjoy. Taking into account all the relevant factors which affect and contribute to the attitude,we may safely conclude that the value of university life is not only a benefit for our employment,but also our life.
