Will Teachers Be Replaced by Computers The computers are playing an increasingly important role in education. It is widely said that in the near future, with the improvement of information and computer technologies, teachers would be replaced by computers and resulted in unemployment. However, as far as I'm concerned, although it is convenient to take online lesson, the classroom teaching will never fade out. As Spencer said,"Education has for its object to the formation of character." Computers only can teach students the academic skill which is absolutely impersonal. Nevertheless, teachers can not only teach us skill but also something with human interest such as moral qualities and so on. What's more, teachers are required in the learning process as a result of that students want teachers to provide guidance to help them solve the problems they faced. In addition, the computers cannot provide the opportunities that can make students communicate face-to-face with others. To sum up, the day that teachers are replaced by computers will never come.
