In our daily life, we make a variety of judgments everyday in different situations. Of course, there are some snap judgments mingling among them. From the point of my view, we'd better be careful about trusting those snap judgments. First of all, in most cases, a random decision is made up on the basis of the first impression we attain by our eyes. However, our eyes are not always so brilliant even betray us. For example, now we are interviewing a well-qualified graduate from well-known university but his look is quite frustrating and the way he speaks is not so satisfactory. If we judge him only by the first impression he left us, we would regretfully miss a potential colleague for his professional skill utterly surpasses our recruit requirements. So, I feel，if we have time, we'd better not make any snap judgment and never trust a snap result. In addition, an easy judgment is usually made when we have too much confidence in ourselves. Nevertheless, that so-called self-confidence and arrogance might blind our eyes so that we could mess things up in the final. In fact, when a mature and wise judgment is made, we need take as many as possible factors into consideration, even though we already accumulate sufficient experience in the certain field. Thinking will never be too much before we make a judgment. Take time and consider problems in calm. However, in some special occasions, we might need trust snap judgments, especially when the time is limited and the case is very emergent. For example, there is some badly injured in one traffic accident but we lack related equipment to verify. If we didn't make a snap judgment, some of them would die for our reason. Therefore, sometimes a snap judgment works as well.
