Actually, this situation is common in Chinese everyday life, especially for the students in school. Nowadays, with the level of nations' life gradually promoting , more and more people are concerning about this. Why is important to rest and enterten? what is the cause of the problem? What can we do about it? As we all known if a man still working a long time without resting, the man who would get silk. And if man just work, but don't have any exture time to do some excesise and play some games, (her/his) mind will be tied in to the work belong to them, furthermore, will kill their creation. I think that the reason of peoples' life style is related to society condition, for example, the student in order to enter a better school must use this way ,a work want to get a stable life has to do this, and so on. What we can do to reform this situation is that make our woking time more efficentlly, and insure the rest time and a proper entertenment time. As far as i am perspective, we should manage well our time about work and rest, because only in this way ,can we be more creative and efficentive.
