Language changes as the development of culture.Each culture has its own culture resauces.Now that society need various culture,should dialects be acceptable in public places? The answer is no! As far as i am concerned, dialects can be used as a traditional character of a culture of certain place,but can't be accepted in public places. For one thing,the globle village is connected by the same language. The development of the science and technology, Which makes it possible to trade with people from all over the world,do offer convenience to humen beings. However,people from different part of the planet need to communicate with each other and of course ,they need a common language to understand each other. Then how to come the common language? It comes from people's speaking the same language on official occassions. In other words, a harmonious society need a good and fluent communication which comes form the same language. For another,the development of a city is built on the development of a city's personalities and contentment. Dialects are one point of their specific character. In the meanwhile, an opening city lies in its contentment. The new comers can't adjust their lives to a whole strange language,which is also regarded as not so opening. Therefore, a realy opening city lies in both its own culture and contentment. From the statement above, Ibelieve dialects are languages that can be used in limited places,while in the public where we need to ensure a valid communication,we'd better speak official languageto show respects to those who can't understand your dialects.
