Nowadays, the possibility of putting a "pollution tax" on private cars has already become a hot topic among the public.However,the attitudes toward this tax divides. Some view it as a good policy as it can,in some degree,relieve the environmental problems and improve the air condition.On the contrary,others argue that this policy is unfair since it will lead to the private car owners' extra expenses,which will inevitably disappoint those car owners.As far as I am concerned,every coin has two sides.The "pollution tax" is of no difference.Although it may be effective in reducing part of the pollution in those highly-polluted cities,it may also be a heavy burden for those private car owners.In this case,I suppose more details and an appropriate way should be put forward before the tax being putting on private cars. Only in this way can we both protect our environment and win the support of those private car owners.
