NOTICE To improve the students'spoken English,the Students'Union has determined to hold an English speech contest next month.The preliminary contest holds on September 18 in the school library which have enough space.The final contest will be held on September 29 in the auditorium of our university. The Union will invite seven experts who have amply experiences that was obtained by research abroad to serve as judges.Correspondingly,every speaker will be judged from three aspects:script,eloquence and the reaction of the audience,and then the maximum time of each speaker is eight minutes.The results will be announced on the spot.
