"True Journalist?" One sunday afternoon, i was looking through the People's Daily in the library. All of a sudden, my eyes were caughted by an artical which titled "True Journalist?" In that artical, ChaiJing,a prominent CCTV repoter and hostess on some of China's most watched news and talk show programs, was engulfed in a storm of controversy, just because she usually interjected her own ideas into the stories when she was in a live interview. A a majarity of people thought that Chai wasn't professional and recriminated the stly of her reporting . those critics held the ideas that Chai put too much attention on the negative aspect of news without doing a research and came to a conclusion that Chai was not a really investigative journalist. Different people have different ideas, from where i am standing, i reckon that she is a true reporter, Chai's questions are incisive and to-the-point, which often makes her subjects reveal more what they want, so those detractors are not objective enough. All in all, it is genernal accepted that Chai is a representative of the crops of the "True Journalist".
