Many people had the idea that cosmetic surgery enjoys more advantages than threat. In my opinion,plastic surgery is evil. To begin with, plastic surgery takes high risks. With rare exception, plastic surgery will be of help to enhance appearance. But every coin has two sides. It is the plastic surgery that may disfigure and damage the appearance by failure. It is more likely to cause some sufferings, such as allergy, bacterial infection, even the death. Plastic surgery is evil with the high risks. Furthermore, those people who take plastic surgery may be rejected by others. On the job market, many employer may focus on the "outer beauty" instead of the talent and ability of employers. It is unfair for people who are really talented to have less chance to get the job just because they are plain-looking. In this way,the majority of people are unwilling to receive the plastic surgery. Hence, those cosmetic surgery beauties are more likely to be rejected by others. Last but not least, cosmetic surgery will wrap the value of beauty. In the society, the "inner beauty" ought to be more important than the "outer beauty". It is human nature to appreciate beauty and people often is addicted to the outer beauty and ignore the "inner beauty", which is not beneficial for the value of beauty of people. To conclude,plastic surgery is not a good idea. And people should focus on the ”inner beauty" instead of "outer beauty".
