in our daily life we might meet all kinds of situations which need us to make a choice. therefor, under some circumstances which need us to make a quick response, at this time snap judgements occurs. the question about wether snap judgements can be trusted or not rouse discussion. in my point of view, it depends the situations. my reasons are as folling. first, if the situation is really an emergency, snap judgements must be made without any hesitation. for example, if we a doctor met a patient who had a heart attack, under this situation, which is really an life and death emergency, the doctor must make his\her decision at once on how to treat the patient and takes action immediately. even one minute hesitation possibly means the death is coming without mercy. therefor, snap judgement is really important. next, snap judgement occurs in a lot of love affairs, such as love at first sight, which proves that snap judgements is actually sound and have reasons, not just ungrounded and cursive decisions. in fact, some snap judgements reflect people's wit. when we meet the person we like, we know that it is the right time to fall in love with that person, which decision actually reflects our minds formed for years. therefor, it is not a cursory action as we thought. all in all, snap judgement is not always untrusted, it depends. actually, snap judgement is really helpful in some emergencies, and snap judgement really has sound reasons in some situations, such as love at first sight. so, the idea that snap judgement can never be trusted is actually an unsounded judgement, which my bring harm to our judgement.
