To live a qualified life is every person's dream in human society. To achieve this goal not only working and study play the important roles but also games is an indispensable factor. However, are games as important for adults as they are for children? To this question, different people may have different views, but in my eyes, the answer is absolutely positive. my reasons are as following. Firstly, we must admitted that both adults and children needs relaxation after their long days working or study and games is a superb way of recreation. Through playing games people can refresh themselves and give themselves a short break and divert their minds from hard, dull and boring work briefly, which can great benefit their brains and make it more efficiency. Take my family as an example, everyday in the evening, my father and I play computer games together for a while, which makes both my father and I feel happier and more relaxed after a day's work. Both of us feel more energetic after playing games and which benefits the next day's work and study for both two of us. Therefore, the importance of playing games is equal to both adults and children, for both of them need relation. In addition, games can train the ability of people's quick response which is important for both adults and children. for example, the game of rope jump is a very good way of training for the cooperation of one's body, especially when a group of persons jumped together, and which also cultivates the spirit of team work for the engages, both adults and children. All in all, playing games is definitely as important for adults as they are for children.
