it is true that nowadays , the earth has become a small village, and particularly in the metropolis,people from different cultural background co-exist ; personally , i think it is a positive phenomenon ,although there will be some negative effects ; people from different part of the world pour into these main cities for various reasons ; one of the most important ones is that there are more job opportunities in the large cities , where people have greater chance to get employed and thus earning enough money to raise their families ; driven by this economic factors , millions of thousands of people float into the cities every year , bringing with the own culture and customs ; in addition , with the development of the planes and other technologies , it is much easier for people to get in touch with each other ; for example , people in china are keen on traveling abroad these days and when they arrive at a new place , they definitely are influenced by culture of the local country , in turn influencing people in the visited countries as well ; therefore , it is pretty common that people with distinctive cultural backgrounds to communicate and live in one city; in my opinion , i think this social phenomenon brings great benefits to humans , although there are still some minor disadvantages ; well, in my view , one of the most significant benefits is that our world will become more harmonious and more peaceful ; this is because the more people get to know each other , the easier they can understand each other, the fewer conflicts there will be ; in other word, the multi-culture behaviors may prevent conflicts and even wars ; furthermore, these rich multi culture will surly boost the cultural development ; with people sharing with one another their unique wisdom and culture , creations and inventions are to boom ,which will truly push forward the social development and human progress ; so , no one could deny the fact that frequent communications contribute a richer culture and a wonderful world ; some people may concern that this may lead to distinction of minor groups or misunderstanding of nations ; it may sound true , but in most cases , these kinds of issues can be avoided ; for example , government should try to protect the minor ethic culture by hiring experts to educate the children about the special culture ; to conclude , multi culture could be a positive social phenomenon and driven by economic factor and a hope for good life , it will just continue ;
