with the limit fund ,universities find it reluctant to allocate to every postgraduate researches ;therefore , some people argue that money should be solely assigned to key discipline, scientific research ; personally , disagree with this statement , given that government has a limit amount of funding , it is of great importance for it to use money into key disciplines ; Scientific research is surly one of them ; this is because scientific breakthrough is the productive force ,which effectively promotes social progress ; also, thanks to scientific development , people are able to enjoy a high qualified ; for example , people now are supposed to have more time for nurturing their hobbies because most of housework is done by artificial machines ; so, it is necessary for the authorities to invest money in the field of science ; however , does it mean that it's a waste if money is utilized in other so called less useful fields? of course not , actually , though not so important the science , subjects like music and art also deserve attentions; this is mainly because these kinds of subjects ,which aim to trigger human's creativity and imagination , will have a profound impact on the mankind ; these kinds of contributions can be intangible ,but also indispensable ; without the progress in the ares of art or philosophy , the development of human may be limited ; when thinking of this , it is safe to say that every penny spending in art or other subjects is worthwhile ; to conclude , i think government should give financial support to both scientific and other subjects ; of course , a larger amount of money should be given to scientific so that social progress would be guaranteed ;
