Changes for healthy lifestyle Living a healthy lifestyle is very important. I used to play video games all day long. One day, a friend invited me to play table tennis. After a few points I was so tired that I couldn't keep playing. That made me change my attitude. Since then I play table tennis almost every day with her. When my friend is busy I go out to the park for a walk to get some fresh air. The hardest part about keeping a healthy lifestyle is not eating so many snacks or too much fast food. I try my best to eat more fruit instead of chips. So far I've improved, but I know I have to keep working at it. The most important thing about a healthy lifestyle is not giving up.
