How to be the perfect leader？ Leader is a man who lead a group to achieve some tasks. Many person want to be an leader. But not everyone could be a leader. And not every leader could be a role model. There are three suggesstions will help leader to be a perfect leader. First of all, good personality is the basic of a social person. A suitable leader can not lack of it. A people who have good personality will catch his employee's loyal heart. So let the employee obey to him. Secondly, the ability to anaynise is also a keypoint of a susseful leader. Leaders alway lead their employees to accoplish some task. A real leader need have the analize ability to choose suitable man to do sopescated jod. Otherwise, the top point a perferct leader need have is the eye can lood far. Conclusion.
