As we all known,playing games will probably benefit children to build up confidence and cooperative spirits. And for the adult, things go the same? The answer is definitely yes. In the modern society, people are overwhelmed and felt exhausted after work on the daily basis. What's more, playing games can also improve their ability to confront the challenges and difficultives which they met in their careers or lives. In the first place, enjoying a game time which can help children to relieve them from the hard assignment. When I was litter, I often playing table tennis and soccer and hidding games after school, which was a really enjoyment for me and while I feel upset I would call two or three my friends to play games with me so that I could refresh to daily study. Obiviously, as an adult,who facing the more stress than we do in their daily lives,like for a man,who needs to make bread for a family and for a womon ,who needs to balance her time between her career and housework,both are really hard to haddle excently. In the modern society, adults should find a solution to escape from the nervous states for a monent, there are no doubt that playing games is a proporiate way to solve the problem. In the second place, with the society development,there are having higher demanding on an adult for becoming a qualified staff,he or she only has limited time to enhance his or her personal ability,no doubtlly, playing game could help them to relieve and improve their personal skill at the same time. I used to be a shame person and when I entered the high school, I decide to improve my personal skill. Consequently,I took participate in the sport club and play games three times a week.After the experience, I become a social and outgoing person I would be.And for an adult, communication skill is of significance for the cooperation between two companies. In sum up, playing games is important for an adult and child to become a better person.
