The table illustrates how many people visited the Ashdown Museum in the year before and after its refurbishment. Following the table there is a graph, comparing how visitors’ responses to a survey regarding their satisfaction varied in the corresponding years. It is obvious that 92000 people came to the museum after it was rearranged, which was a surge compared to the figure of 74000 in the time period before the refurbishment. When it comes to the results of survey, we are not surprised to see that the percentage of guests satisfied with the museum rose largely from 45% to 75%. In stark contrast, people who dissatisfied with the exhibitions accounted for 50% before the redecoration, after which the proportion of unhappy visitors dropped to mere 20% of the total subjects. In conclusion, we can probably assert that the increasing number of tourist is mainly due to the refurbishment of the museum. The staff have achieved their initial goals.
