两个态度都片面。所以不要急于选择。我们真正希望的是，不慌不忙(with full composure)，却很有效率(efficient)。所以，我更倾向于carefu planning。因为careful planning是成功的关键。另外，也要看是什么样的事情，工作、学习，都喜欢尽快结束(give it an end as quickly as possible)，但是与朋友消遣，与家人相伴，却不应该匆匆忙忙(bustle up)，而应该at a slower place。采用了恰当的衔接手法，层次清晰；句式变化多样；文中能较好的使用一些高级词汇，不过单词拼写方面要继续努力。
with the development of our econimice,we always pursusing fast lifestyles,like going into fast food restraunt ,taking the express train and arrange rountine into every minute.we are so poor in terms of time .we always push us hard to our limitedless works and assigments ,we maybe feel tired and exhausted but just cann't escape from such situation .however,the only thing we can do is just to slower our lives pace?certaintly not.In order to high our level of qualified of lives,we need to have a careful , precise and excusted planning. In the first place,we have to give up time-consumed ways to handle the difficults we confrond in the daily lives.for instance,as we know,there are many shortcut in the computer operation,like press the Ctrl and C at the same time can copy the senstence and word we need quickly and can save our precise time. In the second place ,it is essential to form the foundation of success to make a weekly plan,which would benefit us with high efficience and good qualitied to complete our works and assigments. take myselves as an example,when I was prepared for my toffle exam,at first,I had no plan for it and weather to study or not dependent on my mood,and there are doubt that it was very useless and it was denefitly not grantantee a good grade.Then, I made big decision to take a plan every week and take a critirion to exam the effect of everyday study. At last,I feel confident to take the test.Consequently,a good plan can help us to save precise and limited time to others ,like join a family party,enjoying the music and so on. in comclution,we need to keep a fast pace to catch the pace of the current lives, in the case, the less the time waste, the better lives quality we get. And lead a happy life.
