The energy scale was calibrated and corrected using the C1s (284.9eV) line as the binding energy reference. The particle diameter was measured on a BT-90 Nanometer laser particle size analyzer with a 20 mW fiber laser and 90 o scattering angle in distillation water for 300 s. The Cu and Br loadings were determined by AAS on a Perkin-Elemer Analyst 300 using acetylene flame and IC on a Thermofisher ICS-2100 spectrometer with a heated conductivity detector, respectively. The quantitative analysis of the reaction products was performed on a GC2020 gas chromatograph equipped with HP-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 mm, cross linked methylsiloxane) and flame ionic detector. GC-MS analyses were performed using Agilent 7890A/5975C equipped with HP-5 capillary column and EI source. The detection was performed in the scan mode from m/z of 20 to 400. 1.0 mL/min helium was used as the carrier gas. The ionization voltage and source temperature were 70 eV and 230 ºC, respectively. 1H-NMR spectra of the crude products were recorded on an AscendTM 600 spectrometer (1H, 600 MHz) using CDCl3 as solvent.
