In my opinion,the most important characteristic to be successful is intelligence . I work in a design field, I have 3 reasons support my viewpoint. For our working-class people, grade comes first, success need technology as foundation, for instance,when we negotiate with any other person,we need speech skills learned from school,or strategies summarized from books,especially know-hows on analysis,such as charts,shortcut of calculating, management methods,based on these we can understand the meaning of documents fast and solve problems and troubles encountered,if a man is more intelligent,he can learn more the solve more. Second,intelligence mean can see clearly and hear things. Make a good decision,we need to consider different aspects thoroughly, observe carefully, a man without intelligence obviously can't complete a challenging project well. Third,intelligence makes great grade report,this means it can ensure us graduated with great good certifications, and qualify a better job. Nowadays , job market make a great offer to the people who have good certifications, especially for the top ten universities.
