同意或者不同意，都是错误的。不结合具体情况，无法判断哪一个更好。先比较两种沟通方式的优缺点(relative merits)然后根据不同的情况说明那种方式更好：跟老板、同事沟通，face-to-face communication更好；跟愤怒的投诉顾客，telephone更好一些；跟情人沟通，当然face-to-face更好。
拼写做的很棒，在平时练习中注意词汇量的积累；作者句法知识很棒，适当增加从句的使用，会取得更不错的成绩；文章采用了适当的过渡词和衔接词，结构比较严谨。
Those who think that young people's advice is more useful than old friend's might say young friend have a more cleverer mind. However, I agree with this statement that advice from friends of an older age would be more valuable than from friends your own age. There’re two major aspects: the experience and the way to solving problem. Firstly, the older friend has solved a lot of problems, so they are the expert of solve problems. In a sense, it is true that younger friend has more idea to solve problems. But sometimes, younger people cannot solving problem as comprehensive as older friend do. For example, I have a friend, one time, I have a contradiction with my friend. He wants to mediate our relationship, so he makes a very immature advice for me. This advice make my friends with me almost break off relations. Finally, my older friends help me solve the problem. Moreover, the older friend has lived many years, so that they have a wealth experience. For example, my friend Sam, he is a very old person and he is a manager. As a result of his experience, he always solve problem very quickly. So his boss like him very much. In summary, I think older friend’s advice is more serviceable than young friend’s.
