On the way to success, some resolve to attain its goal while the others fail. How come? For the former one sticks to its original intention through long periods with hard struggling, yet the latter one is easily discouraged or gives up halfway. A firm will, perseverance and diligence are the three essentials of success. A man with a determined will always has an inflexible spirit. Some of his attempts might fail, nevertheless, he will hold to his objective no matter how tough it might be. To a man with firmness and perseverance, the odds are on success. Diligence means steadiness and continual endeavors in one’s work and study. Life is short and there are plenty of things waiting for us to do. Without diligence no one can achieve anything. I believe that where there is a preparation there is a way, and that success belongs to those who can plod the path of toil and pay constant efforts.
