According to Porter’s competitive strategies forces (Daft 2013), OTS is threatened by new entrants due less entry barriers of handmade organic food. Moreover, the power of suppliers is low due to less switching cost of OTS. Furthermore, the power of buyers of OTS is high because of low switching cost of customers. In addition, products of OTS has many substitutions, for example, pies that made by machine has lower price and similar flavour with handmade pie. Last but not least, OTS has rivalry among competing firms in the organic area. Thus, although OTS is very popular, it cannot ignore the competitors from the competitive market.
