Those who think that sports should win the game might say that do sports is worth when you win the game. However, I disagree with this statement that participating in sports is worthwhile only when you win something. There're two major aspects:healthy body and sporting spirit. Firstly,doing sports can maintain physical fitness. In this high-speed development of the world, people are all focus on the material, so their healthy become worse. Doing sports can keep people's healthy and it is the reason that i think doing sports is great. Moreover, in my opinion, doing sports don't means that you should win something. Because doing sports can also expand sporting spirit. In this development society, spirit is very important for young people.Because young people force on working and relax, so it can make young people to be more strength. In summary, I think people should do sports to maintain physical fitness.
