With the development of human society, human activity have more and more impacts on the natural environment. Some people think that animal species and plants are negatively affected due to habitat deterioration and it's too late to solve this problem while others believe that we can take measures to improve the situation. As for me, I agree with the latter views. It's no doubt that some human activities have negative effect on plants and animals. For example, we use ferterlizers to grow crop, which will pollute the water and soil.what's more, we consume large amount of fossil fuels which causes global warming. Population growth leads to the increasing demand for land, so we have to destroy some plants' or animals' habitats. Because human activities change the natural environment of the plants and animals, these species numbere is likely to decline and worse still ,some species may go to extinct. There are some real examples supporting these negative effects such as Baijitun in Changjiang River. However, it's never late to solve this problem. Actually, this problem has drawn public attention and some measures has been taken to alleviate human activities. On the one hand, new technologies are encouraged to develop such as environmental-friendly cars and waste water treatment plant. These new technologies will reduce air and water pollution, so the plants' and animals' habitats will not be threatened. On the other hand, the governments has introduced some laws and rules to protect the environment, some valuale plants and animals. Some natural reserves are built to ensure a stable and undisturble situation for the plants and animals. From my point of view, though human activities have some negative effects on plants and animals, this problem can be soveled when we raise our awareness of environmental protection and improve the situation by strict rules and new technologies.
