In contemporary society, even though various fields seem like to have many opportunities to develop, it is generally accepted that lack of reasonable job opportunities for the graduated youngsters to make a living. The problems and measures can be demonstrated as below. To begin with, with the development of society progresses, modern dwellers live and work under highly intensive stresses environment. Therefore, it may produce severely negative influence on the development of the future. Next, there are some embarrassments of indispensable fund support existed within the family bond which is inevitable in most eastern countries' culture. Most of teenagers treated as a child that is always controlled by their parents, as a result, their parents may stifle their creativity and independence. Furthermore, resources of education are wasting all the time, although people pay whole attention to foster their hope of the future. In other words, currently weak societies do not give any chance for overloaded teens. On the other hand, there would be several measures to suggest for this situation. For instance, all for all, government manage the whole process of development. Thus, they have responsibility to create more industry for more available jobs. Moreover, rural areas have a shortage of societal elite, offering more opportunities to exchange the resource between urban and rural area can be an obligation of society. Last but not least, further education is another chance to get higher position of society. Not only improve self knowledge but also improve the employer company's competitive power. In summary, Government play a vital role in arrangement of career and development of society. Meanwhile, individuals can not give up to find the chance to improve themselves.
