Some people think that the government should establish free libraries in each town. Others, however, believe that it is a waste of money since the public can use the Internet at home to obtain information. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

拼写做的很棒，高级词汇可适量增加；作者句法不错，但是文章整体句子稍微偏短；全文结构较为严谨。
Many people need to study via the Internet or the library in modern times. There is a heated discussion on whether to establish libraries by the government for the public. Some people consider that Internet technology is developed. People can know about more knowledge by the Internet. It is not only convenient but also setting aside money. Man, woman or child can easily distribute the information what they have known about. Everyone share these information each other immediately when drinking coffee. Nevertheless, others agree to establish more libraries to study. To estimate, about 60% of investigators hold this viewpoint. On the one hand, maybe people pay more attention to the book instead of the Internet when studying. Multimedia, including movie, cartoon or AD and filling the Internet, may attract their attention. For the most part, it may lead to cost much more time to study. On the other hand, there are many classical books in the library. Sometimes, these books may not be converted into electronic products thanks to copyright, so we cannot see on the Internet. Also, the classical books are very important for us to study further. In my opinion, governments had better establish some libraries in main streets of the city. Meantime more instruments, including WIFI, 4G and etc., should be installed in the libraries. Thus, we can benefit from library and Internet.
