Do you want to get a good job? I Believe most of us hope that , But how could we get it？ The first step is to have a sucessful interview for it is the precondition of obtainning a perfect job. There are several essential factors of getting a good job include the performance,elegent behavior,capibility ,confidience and etc. for which is most important quality is depend on which position you applied for. for instant, the luxioury good saleing person must have good appearence and wonderful communication capability. of course ,it also depend on the perference of the boss. Of course, if you own all the qualities , it will be very easy for you to find a job. In my opinoin ,honest is the most precious quality of the employee. if one without the honest, you will could not get the truth from him,some mistakes conceal by him, and as a manager or director , if you can not found out on time , one day you must bear the horrible result caused by his mistake . On the opposide , the honest people would like to tell you about the barriers he met and may ask for you help. The interview process may be difficult ,but remember to be youself and believe youself. you would find the job you like.
