Do you want to get a good job? I Believe most of us hope that , but how could we get it？ The first step is to have a successful interview for it is the precondition of obtaining a perfect job. There are several essential factors of getting a good job include the performance,elegant behavior,capibility ,confidience and etc. for which is most important quality depend on which position you applied for. for instance, the luxurious good saleing person must have good appearence and communication capability. of course ,it also depend on the perference of the boss. Of course, if you own all the qualities , it will be very easy for you to find a job. In my opinoin ,honesty is the most precious quality of the employee. if one without the honesty, you will could not get the truth from him,some mistakes must be conceal by him, and if you as a manager or director , you will could not found out on time , one day you must bear the horrible result caused by his mistake . On the opposide , the honest people would like to tell you about the barriers he met and may ask for you help. The interview process may be difficult ,but remember to be youself and believe youself. you would find the job you like.
