With the development of society,more and more students are erolled by the universities and colleges year and year,and the number is still getting larger and larger.It is difficult for the graduates to find a suitable job.More and more students are failing to search for jobs.It is said that Chinese students lack working and real-life experience.The college life doesn't teach us how to work in the company.We don't have Hands-on background.That leads us to fail in the job search. So what can we do to change this situation? In my opinion,we should adjust the psychological gap.The life before we graduate is too comfortable.We should get out of the psychological comfort zone.Only when we realize we will face many difficulties can we make preparations.As the saying goes,"Failure is the mother of success."Experience is important.First off,get down to basics.The experts advise graduates to find a regular job as quickly as possible so that they can earn some money to support themselves ,and get much working experience, which will help to find a better career in the future.When you work at small company where you could have more responsibility, more excitement, closer relationships with your coworkers, and a greater sense of accomplishment than you could have at a big company. Consequently, those who do those most insignificant jobs should get respected as much as those being engineers or doctors.So job is equal.The important is how to find a job rather than what kind of jobs to find.
