These days,so many people who term the idea as the key role of success and overlook the function of the other factor especially the preparation,always get rid of the success and are trapped with the consequence when the problem getting worse.A good case coming into my mind are the overwhelming college students,who consider the knowledge of the books or lessons as the useless things,can not hunt for a good job because of leakage of anything.In this modern world,only if you get ready to do it,but do not challenge the God. Confronting with such a disappointing reality,it is imperative that appropriate measures be taken to cope with this situation.It is essential to cover every possible aspect before initiating a program.
