From the table chart given above, we can observe that it reflects the statistics of electricity consumption in the small city in China. From 2014 to 2006,the figures are almost keeping steady whereas the date raising sharply in 2007. what may lead to this phenomenon?The reasons are listed as follows. Firstly,with the living condition of small cities is improving, people are not afraid of spending too much money on electricity.Secondly,more and more people who were leaving hometown to work in big cities choose to work at home nowadays.Last but not least,more and more industries which were founded in big cities are moving to small cities the land's price of where is cheaper. Accordingly,as the users of electricity added, the consumption of it will grow fast.So the first thing the government should do is to provide that there has sufficient electricity to use.
