I can say that many companies don't need these people who can't endure hardship and don't have professional knowledge. And many university students hold the view of that they are university students, so they are higher than people who don't go to university, then they should have jobs which are better than them. In other word, they can't receive jobs that they have to work with these people. Because there are only one child in many families, so parents love them and give anything they want to them. They don't know about failure and can't receive failure. If they are fail to find a job, they will lose hearts about finding a job. In the other hand, society just gets though financial crisis, so many companies have to cut down employees. Even though many companies need to take in new employees, they are tend to recruit people who have experience about the work rather than university students. And there are more and more university students, so competition among university students is bigger and bigger. But I believe that if you become better and better, you will be fight by many companies, so you have to do something to make you better. Maybe you have to exercise every day to promise that you can do many things for company. Have a good body then you can do your job well. Read more in your free time to make you up. I always think reading can make you perform well before everyone and let you know more about you job and how to do well in a company. The last one and the important one is to promote your professional knowledge. No company need people who can't work well for them. All in all, if university students now want to find a job, they have to have work ability, know how to get along well with people and so on. I really hope that university students can understand and study hard at school! 2, In this time,there are four old people on averge in every family or even more.But every family has only one or two children so that they can't pay more attention to attend old people at home.So should old people be taken care at home or be placed in old people's house is a big problem in now society.Opinions are divided. Some people asset we should attend old people at home.They think old people can't be taken care well in old people's house.Many caregivers don't foucs on looking after old people.We can always see many news about abusing old people in old people's house,so children worry about wether their parents can live well in old people's house.Actually,parents will yearn their children and grandchildren in old people's house which will result in old people's illness.And grandchildren won't have a close relationship with grandparents after seeing them fewer and fewer.But others are at the other side,they think old people should be taken care of in the old people's house.They believe professional caregivers will attend old people better than them so old people will have good lives in old people's house rather than home.And many people say they have no more time to take care of old epople.They need to work every day,send children to school and pick up them so that they have no more time.Many couples say one of them want to design to foucs on looking after children and old people,but they find they can't afford their lives if one of them design.And now government takes measures to take care of old people,many people say they are willing to send old people to old people's house. And they think there are many old people in old people's house,they will have many same topics and never feel lonely. as for me,I stand on the side of former.I think old people always feel lonely,they need more companion from family members than children.Many people say they have to work and attend children so they have no time to look after old people.But they have to think their parents looked after them from their childhood to work,they also had to work and attended old people.In fact,they can let their parents to attend grandchildren to school.I think old people will be very willing to attend grandchildren and they can help you do some housework and so on. Remember this old saying:filial piety is the most important of all virtues.Our parents maybe can't company us longer,so we should attend them as better as we can. 3, Physical exercise is a necessary part of college life. However, still some college students do not like to attend sports activities, they think those activities waste their time and influence their study. Indeed, it is very unwise for college students to keep distance from physical exercise because physical exercise is not harmful but good to them. College students can benefit a lot from physical exercise. First of all, attending physical sports can help students build a strong body, and keep abounding energy. Moreover, physical exercise is an effective way to relieve pressure and keep a pleasant move.
