A colleague is a friend, but he or she is not just a friend to us. We work together and share almost all of our things. A good colleague is someone who can give you more than that. Everyone has his own working rhythm and a good colleague can keep pace with you and offer his help in time. You can imagine that you feel so tired some time while your colleague can't understand your thoughts, how terrible situation! What if he can get your idea and even doesn't need you to say extra words, it's excellent, isn't it? A good colleague is also a person who cares about you beyond working. Sometimes you really need some concerns when you are in low spirits or sick. Your colleague gives you enough encouragements so that you can continue to work instead of reducing the efficiency due to your uncomfortableness. He or she is good at supporting people around and creating a positive atmosphere. You are a big family and a corporation. His competence should be high. We all know the truth that an excellent person can evoke our enterprise so that we keep going on. A good colleague is like a shing star which can lead a way for us. All in all, a good colleague is not judged in surface. We need to dig down deeply. He is a friend in working and life at the same time whatever.
