It depends, in some areas, the air is polluted so much, and people would like to live in a rural area, in which there is fresh, clean air, water,etc. and less stress. for example in most areas in China. as i feel, most people want to live in a rural area, but they have to live in crowded cities for earning more money for a living, especially in the developing countries.
