With the improvement of technology, mobile phones are more and more generally appeared in our daily life. There is no doubt that mobile phones make it more convenient for us to get in touch with others and also help a lot in amusing us when we are boring. However, we can't ignore the phenomenon of overusing mobile phones. For instance, some people look at their phone when crossing the street, others focus on the phone when they have meals with families and friends and so on. Overusing mobile phones have a number of bad effects:Firstly, it make people become lazy and less positive and then they will lose confidence about themselves to some degree. Secondly, it will make people sleepy and have no passion in the daytime, which will badly affect their work and study efficiency.Thirdly, it will have a bad influence on people's social stability since they have spent less time on talking with others.
