As is shown above, in the left picture is a handsome man whose face is printed a conspicuous "BECKHAM". Similarly, another picture depicts a teenager, a fan of Beckham, sitting in a barbershop, handing a football magazine and asking a haircut likes Beckham's. Nowadays, star-worshipping become a common occurrence, especially among teenagers in their high teens or low twenties who are confused about their future and wonder whom they want to be. Opinions are furiously divided as to whether the unintended harm cased by star-worshipping will outweigh its benefits. The supporters suggest that teenagers can learn a lot from their idols. No matter whom their idols are——actors, scientist, athletes or writers——it's clear that they must be distinctive in some ways. While others hold the opposed view that star-worshipping makes people weary of other important things, discourages students to study, which leads to their underachievement. I would not go that extreme. As a matter of fact, no one can succeed without effort. Those who are distinguished particularly sacrifice more than average people for their achievement. As a rational fan, we should moderately express our craze and absorb their excellent quality. Only in this way can we finally become the person we used respected.
