In terms of our air condition,i contend that owners should be taxed for pollution.After all,air quality has a strong relationship with individuals who have cars. In ancient times,we do not have lots of cars like today.Naturally,we have fresh air to breath. However,with the development of science and technology variety of cars are produced.And people have more and more choices to decide on whatever they like.Even ordinary people can purchase a car easily as long as he or she works hard for maybe two years or so. For instence,the cars are accessible to all of us,let alone people who work in a company or has his own business. The same is for this cause,the air what we rely on to live is contaminated by automobile exhaust gradually.Of course, the drivers are responsible to this pollution.And they should be taxed. It is convenient for us to drive a car,but we should take the air pollution into account,otherwise we will bring air quality to a worst level,and we will suffer a lot.In case of this,private car owners should be taxed for pollution,and the money should be spent on managing the air.
